सत्यवन्तः स्वर्गलोके मोदन्ते भरतर्षभ । दम: सत्यफलावाप्तिरुक्ता सर्वात्मना मया

Transliteration

satyavantaḥ svargaloke modante bharatarṣabha | damaḥ satyaphalāvāptir uktā sarvātmanā mayā ||

Translation

ഭരതശ്രേഷ്ഠാ! സത്യവാന്മാർ സ്വർഗ്ഗലോകത്തിൽ ആനന്ദിക്കുന്നു; എന്നാൽ ആ സത്യത്തിന്റെ ഫലം യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഉപായമെന്നു ഇന്ദ്രിയസംയമം—ദമം—എന്നെൻ ഞാൻ പൂർണ്ണഹൃദയത്തോടെ പറയുന്നു.
