Cyavana’s Yogic Display and Kuśika’s Recognition of Tapas (च्यवन-योगप्रभावः कुशिकस्य तपःप्रशंसा च)
हवींषि सर्वाणि यथा हुपभुड्धक्ते हुताशन: । एवं त्वमपि धर्मात्मन् पुरुषाग्नि: प्रतापवान्
havīṁṣi sarvāṇi yathā hutabhug bhakṣate hutāśanaḥ | evaṁ tvam api dharmātman puruṣāgniḥ pratāpavān ||
വ്യാസൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ധർമ്മാത്മാവേ! ഹവിയെ ഭുജിക്കുന്ന അഗ്നിദേവൻ എല്ലാ ആഹുതികളും വിഴുങ്ങുന്നതുപോലെ, നീയും ‘പുരുഷാഗ്നി’പോലെ പ്രതാപവാനായി ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദോഷദുർഗുണങ്ങളെ ദഹിപ്പാൻ ശേഷിയുള്ളവനാണ്.
