नाहं मिथ्यावचो ब्रूयां स्वैरेष्वपि कुतो5न्यथा । भवतो यदहं ब्रूयां तत्कार्यममविशंकया

Transliteration

nāhaṁ mithyāvaco brūyāṁ svaireṣv api kuto 'nyathā | bhavato yad ahaṁ brūyāṁ tat kāryam aviśaṅkayā ||

Translation

“രാജാവേ! സ്വൈരവിനോദത്തിലും ഞാൻ അസത്യവചനം പറയാറില്ല; പിന്നെ ഇത്തരമൊരു വേളയിൽ എങ്ങനെ കള്ളം പറയും? ഞാൻ പറയുന്നതെല്ലാം സംശയമില്ലാതെ നിർവഹിക്കണം.”
