Cyavana’s Yogic Display and Kuśika’s Recognition of Tapas (च्यवन-योगप्रभावः कुशिकस्य तपःप्रशंसा च)
च्यवन उवाच राजन् नाहंम्यहं कोटिं भूयो वापि महाद्युते । सदृशं दीयतां मूल्यं ब्राह्मणैः सह चिन्तय
cyavana uvāca rājann nāhamya-haṁ koṭiṁ bhūyo vāpi mahādyute | sadṛśaṁ dīyatāṁ mūlyaṁ brāhmaṇaiḥ saha cintaya ||
ച്യവൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“രാജാവേ, മഹാതേജസ്വീ! ഞാൻ ഒരു കോടി മുദ്രകൾക്കോ അതിലും കൂടുതലിനോ വിറ്റഴിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടവൻ അല്ല. എനിക്കു യോജിച്ച പ്രതിഫലമേ നൽകുക; ബ്രാഹ്മണന്മാരോടൊപ്പം ആലോചിക്കുക.”
