Mataṅga–Gardabhī Itihāsa
गड्ायमुनयोस्तीर्थे तथा कालग्जरे गिरौ । दशाश्वमेधानाप्रोति तत्र मासं कृतोदकः,गड़ा-यमुनाके सड्न्भमतीर्थमें तथा कालज्जरतीर्थमें एक मासतक स्नान और तर्पण करनेसे दस अश्वमेध-यज्ञोंका फल प्राप्त होता है
Gaḍā-yamunayos tīrthe tathā Kālagjare girau | daśāśvamedhān āpnoti tatra māsaṁ kṛtodakaḥ ||
ഗഡാ-യമുന സംഗമതീർത്ഥത്തിലും അതുപോലെ കാലഗ്ജര പർവ്വതത്തിലും, അവിടെ ഒരുമാസം സ്നാനം ചെയ്ത് പിതൃകൾക്ക് തർപ്പണജലം അർപ്പിക്കുന്നവൻ പത്ത് അശ്വമേധയജ്ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഫലം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു.
