जम्मुर्भागीरथीं पुण्यामृषिजुष्टां कुरूद्वहा: । अनुगम्यमाना व्यासेन नारदेनासितेन च

വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു— ഹേ കുരൂദ്വഹാ! ഋഷികൾ സേവിക്കുന്ന പുണ്യമായ ഭാഗീരഥിയെ അനുഗമിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് വ്യാസനും നാരദനും അസിതനും കൂടെ സഞ്ചരിച്ചു।
वैशम्पायन उवाच
