वायुरुवाच ब्राह्मणान्‌ क्षात्रधर्मेण पालयस्वेन्द्रियाणि च । भगुभ्यस्ते भयं घोरं तत्‌ तु कालाद भविष्यति

Transliteration

vāyur uvāca brāhmaṇān kṣātradharmeṇa pālayasvendriyāṇi ca | bhṛgubhyaḥ te bhayaṃ ghoraṃ tat tu kālād bhaviṣyati ||

Translation

വായു പറഞ്ഞു—രാജാവേ! ക്ഷത്രിയധർമ്മപ്രകാരം ബ്രാഹ്മണരെ സംരക്ഷിക്ക; ഇന്ദ്രിയസംയമവും പാലിക്ക. ഭൃഗുവംശീയ ബ്രാഹ്മണന്മാരിൽ നിന്നു നിനക്കു ഭയങ്കരമായ ഭയം വരും; എന്നാൽ അത് ദീർഘകാലം കഴിഞ്ഞ ശേഷമേ സംഭവിക്കൂ.
