अजुन उवाच अहो त्वयायं विप्रेषु भक्तिराग: प्रदर्शित: । यादृशं पृथिवीभूतं तादृशं ब्रूहि मे द्विजम्‌

Transliteration

arjuna uvāca: aho tvayāyaṁ vipreṣu bhaktirāgaḥ pradarśitaḥ | yādṛśaṁ pṛthivībhūtaṁ tādṛśaṁ brūhi me dvijam ||

Translation

അർജുനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“വായുദേവാ! ഈ വാക്കുകളാൽ ബ്രാഹ്മണന്മാരോടുള്ള നിങ്ങളുടെ ഭക്തിയും സ്നേഹവും വ്യക്തമായി പ്രകടമായി. ഇനി നിങ്ങളുടെ അറിവിൽ ഭൂമിയെപ്പോലെ ക്ഷമാശീലനും സഹിഷ്ണുവുമായ ഒരു ബ്രാഹ്മണൻ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, അത്തരം ദ്വിജനെ എനിക്ക് പറഞ്ഞുതരുക.”
