अद्य ब्रहद्योत्तरं लोक॑ करिष्ये क्षत्रियोत्तरम् । न हि मे संयुगे कश्चित् सोढुमुत्सहते बलम्,संसारमें अबतक ब्राह्मण ही सबसे श्रेष्ठ माने जाते थे, किंतु आजसे मैं क्षत्रियोंकी प्रधानता स्थापित करूँगा। संग्राममें कोई भी मेरे बलको नहीं सह सकता
adya bṛhadyottaraṃ lokaṃ kariṣye kṣatriyottaram | na hi me saṃyuge kaścit soḍhum utsahate balam ||
ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ ലോകത്തെ ക്ഷത്രിയന്റെ പ്രാധാന്യം പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നതാക്കും. യുദ്ധത്തിൽ എന്റെ ബലം സഹിക്കാൻ ആരും ധൈര്യമെടുക്കില്ല.
