Discerning Dharma in Accord with Time
त्यक्तहिंसासमाचारास्ते नरा: स्वर्गगामिन: । जो सब प्राणियोंपर दया करनेवाले, सब जीवोंके विश्वासपात्र तथा हिंसामय आचरणोंको त्याग देनेवाले हैं, वे मनुष्य स्वर्गमें जाते हैं
tyaktahiṃsāsamācārās te narāḥ svargagāminaḥ |
മഹാദേവൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—ഹിംസാപരമായ ആചാരങ്ങളും പരപീഡയുടെ വഴികളും ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച്, സർവ്വ പ്രാണികളോടും കരുണ പുലർത്തി, എല്ലാ ജീവികൾക്കും വിശ്വാസപാത്രരായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്നവർ സ്വർഗ്ഗഗാമികളാകുന്നു।
