पापेन कर्मणा देवि वध्यो हिंसारतिर्नर: । अप्रिय: सर्वभूतानां हीनायुरुपजायते

Transliteration

pāpena karmaṇā devi vadhyo hiṃsāratir naraḥ | apriyaḥ sarvabhūtānāṃ hīnāyur upajāyate ||

Translation

ദേവീ! പാപകർമ്മം മൂലം ഹിംസയിൽ രമിക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ വധ്യനാകുന്നു; സർവ്വഭൂതങ്ങൾക്കും അപ്രിയനാകുന്നു; അല്പായുസ്സോടെ ജനിക്കുന്നു.
