ब्राह्मणपूजायां व्युष्टिः — Vyuṣṭi (Merit-Outcome) of Honoring Brāhmaṇas: Kṛṣṇa and Durvāsā

ऋषयश्चार्तिमापन्ना जितक्रोधा जितेन्द्रिया: । भवन्तो व्यथिताश्चासन्‌ देवकल्पास्तपोधना:,उसी तेजसे आप-जैसे तपस्याके धनी, देवोपम शक्तिशाली, क्रोधविजयी और जितेन्द्रिय ऋषि भी पीड़ित और व्यथित हो गये थे

ṛṣayaś cārtim āpannā jitakrodhā jitendriyāḥ | bhavanto vyathitāś cāsan devakalpās tapodhanāḥ ||

ആ തേജസ്സിന്റെ പ്രഭാവത്തിൽ, നിങ്ങളെപ്പോലെ തപോധനരും ദേവസമശക്തിയുള്ളവരും ക്രോധജയികളും ജിതേന്ദ്രിയരുമായ ഋഷിമാരും ആർത്തിയിൽ പതിച്ച് വ്യഥിതരായി।
