अकर्ता चैव कर्ता च लभते यस्य यादृशम्‌ | यदि चोर्ध्व॑ यद्यधो वा स्वॉललोकानभियास्यति

akartā caiva kartā ca labhate yasya yādṛśam | yadi cordhvaṁ yadyadho vā svāllokān abhiyāsyati ||

അകർത്താവായാലും കർത്താവായാലും—ഓരോരുത്തനും തന്റെ സ്വഭാവത്തിനും കർമ്മത്തിനും യോജിച്ച ഫലമേ പ്രാപിക്കൂ; അതനുസരിച്ച് അവൻ ഊർദ്ധ്വലോകങ്ങളിലേക്കോ അധോലോകങ്ങളിലേക്കോ—തനിക്കു നിശ്ചിതമായ ലോകങ്ങളിലേക്കു പോകുന്നു.
