मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
ऊर्ध्व विचित्रसंकाशे नैको वसति पूजित: । जिस विमानपर वह विराजमान होता है
ūrdhva-vicitra-saṅkāśe naiko vasati pūjitaḥ | yāvad varṣa-sahasraṃ vai jambūdvīpe pravarṣati ||
ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു—മുകള്ഭാഗം നാനാവർണ്ണങ്ങളുടെ അത്ഭുത വൈചിത്ര്യത്തോടെ ദീപ്തമായ ആ ദിവ്യധാമത്തിൽ ഒരാളല്ല, അനേകം പൂജ്യർ വസിക്കുന്നു. ജംബൂദ്വീപിൽ ആയിരം വർഷം മഴ പെയ്യുന്നത്ര കാലം, അത്രകാലം ആ പൂജ്യൻ അവിടെ വസിക്കുന്നു.
