Transliteration

saṁdhyāyāṁ na svaped rājan vidyāṁ na ca samācaret

Translation

ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു— ഹേ രാജാവേ! സന്ധ്യാസമയത്ത് ഉറങ്ങരുത്; ആ സമയത്ത് വിദ്യയുടെ പഠന-അഭ്യാസവും നടത്തരുത്.
