एवं वयमसत्तकार देवेन्द्रस्यास्य दुर्मते: । नहुषस्य किमर्थ वै मर्षयाम महामुने
evaṁ vayam asatkāra devendrasyāsya durmateḥ | nahuṣasya kimarthaṁ vai marṣayāma mahāmune ||
“ഹേ മഹാമുനേ! ഈ ദുര്മതി നഹുഷൻ ദേവേന്ദ്രനായ ഇന്ദ്രനോടു കാണിക്കുന്ന ഈ അസത്കാരവും അപമാനവും നാം എന്തിന് സഹിക്കണം?”
