उपदेशदोषप्रसङ्गः (Upadeśa-doṣa-prasaṅgaḥ) — The Risk of Misapplied Counsel
प्रीयता हि तदा ब्रह्मन् ममानुग्रहबुद्धिना । पितृकार्ये त्वया पूर्वमुपदेश: कृतोडनघ
prīyatā hi tadā brahman mamānugraha-buddhinā | pitṛkārye tvayā pūrvam upadeśaḥ kṛto 'naghā ||
ഹേ നിർമലനായ ബ്രാഹ്മണാ! ആ ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ നിങ്ങൾ എനിക്കു വലിയ സ്നേഹം പുലർത്തിയിരുന്നു; അതിനാൽ എനിക്കു അനുഗ്രഹം ചെയ്യണമെന്ന ബുദ്ധിയോടെ, പിതൃകാര്യത്തിൽ ആവശ്യമായ വിധി നിങ്ങൾ മുമ്പേ എനിക്ക് ഉപദേശിച്ചിരുന്നു.
