Jaratkāru’s Marital Compact and Departure (जरत्कारु–जरत्कारुणी संवादः)
लब्ध्वा वित्त मुनिवरस्तक्षकाद् यावदीप्सितम् । निवृत्ते काश्यपे तस्मिन् समयेन महात्मनि
labdhvā vittaṃ munivaras takṣakād yāvad īpsitam | nivṛtte kāśyape tasmin samayena mahātmani ||
മുനിവരനായ കാശ്യപൻ തക്ഷകനിൽ നിന്ന് താൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചതത്ര ധനം ലഭിച്ചപ്പോൾ, നിശ്ചിത സമയവ്യവസ്ഥയ്ക്ക് വിധേയനായ ആ മഹാത്മാവ് (തന്റെ ഉദ്ദേശത്തിൽ നിന്ന്) പിന്മാറി മടങ്ങി.
