वैशम्पायन उवाच ततो द्रोणो<र्जुनं भूयो हयेषु च गजेषु च । रथेषु भूमावपि च रणशिक्षामशिक्षयत्
vaiśampāyana uvāca | tato droṇo 'rjunaṃ bhūyo hayeṣu ca gajeṣu ca | ratheṣu bhūmāv api ca raṇaśikṣām aśikṣayat ||
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—രാജാവേ! അതിനുശേഷം ദ്രോണൻ വീണ്ടും അർജുനനെ കുതിരപ്പുറത്തും ആനപ്പുറത്തും രഥത്തിലുമെല്ലാം, ഭൂമിയിൽ കാലാളായും യുദ്ധം ചെയ്യാനുള്ള ശിക്ഷണം പഠിപ്പിച്ചു.
