आस्तीक-उपाख्यान-प्रस्तावः | Introduction to the Āstīka Narrative
पितामहो! मैं इसी प्रकार, इसी विधिसे विवाहके लिये सदा प्रयत्न करता रहूँगा। इसके विपरीत कुछ नहीं करूँगा
pitāmaha! ahaṁ evam eva, anenaiva vidhinā vivāhārthaṁ sadā prayatnaṁ kariṣyāmi; etad-viparītaṁ kiñcid api na kariṣyāmi.
പിതാമഹാ! ഞാൻ ഇതേ രീതിയിൽ, ഇതേ വിധിപ്രകാരം വിവാഹത്തിനായി എപ്പോഴും പരിശ്രമിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കും. ഇതിന് വിരുദ്ധമായി ഒന്നും ചെയ്യുകയില്ല.
शौनक उवाच
