Transliteration

samīkṣamāṇaḥ sa tu tāṃ vayaḥsthāṃ tanuvāsasam | tasya kāmaḥ pravavṛdhe gahane 'gnir ivodgataḥ ||

Translation

വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—സൂക്ഷ്മവസ്ത്രം ധരിച്ച യുവതിയെ നോക്കിയതുമാത്രത്തിൽ പാണ്ഡുവിന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ കാമാഗ്നി ജ്വലിച്ചു; ഘനവനത്തിൽ പെട്ടെന്ന് ഉയരുന്ന ദാവാഗ്നിപോലെ।
