शृण्वतां सर्वभूतानां तेषां चाश्रमवासिनाम् | कुन्तीमाभाष्य विस्पष्टमुवाचेदं शुचिस्मिताम्
śṛṇvatāṃ sarvabhūtānāṃ teṣāṃ cāśramavāsinām | kuntīm ābhāṣya vispaṣṭam uvācedaṃ śucismitām ||
സർവ്വജീവികളും ആശ്രമവാസികളും കേൾക്കവണ്ണം, ആ വാണി ശുചിസ്മിതയായ കുന്തിയെ അഭിസംബോധന ചെയ്ത് അത്യന്തം വ്യക്തമായി ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞു—
