Origin of Droṇa and Acquisition of Martial Science
सर्वभूतान् प्रति यथा तपन: शिशिरात्यये । स विजित्य गृहीत्वा च नृपतीन् राजसत्तम:
sarvabhūtān prati yathā tapanaḥ śiśirātyaye | sa vijitya gṛhītvā ca nṛpatīn rājasattamaḥ ||
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ശിശിരത്തിന്റെ അവസാനം സൂര്യൻ തന്റെ താപം വ്യാപിപ്പിച്ച് സർവ്വജീവികളിലും മേൽക്കൈ നേടുന്നതുപോലെ, രാജന്മാരിൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠനായ ആ പ്രതാപവാൻ മറ്റു നൃപന്മാരെ ജയിച്ച് അധീനപ്പെടുത്തി.
