अन्धकानुग्रहः—शूलारोपणं, रुद्रस्मरण-फलम्, तथा गाणपत्य-प्रदानम् (अध्याय 93)
तुष्टो ऽस्मि वत्स भद्रं ते कामं किं करवाणि ते वरान्वरय दैत्येन्द्र वरदो ऽहं तवान्धक
tuṣṭo 'smi vatsa bhadraṃ te kāmaṃ kiṃ karavāṇi te varānvaraya daityendra varado 'haṃ tavāndhaka
വത്സാ, ഞാൻ തൃപ്തനാകുന്നു; നിനക്കു മംഗളം. നിന്റെ ഏതു ആഗ്രഹം ഞാൻ നിറവേറ്റട്ടെ? ഹേ ദൈത്യേന്ദ്ര അന്ധകാ, വരങ്ങൾ വരിക്ക—ഞാൻ നിനക്കു വരദാതാവാണ്.
