Shloka 17

अन्धकानुग्रहः—शूलारोपणं, रुद्रस्मरण-फलम्, तथा गाणपत्य-प्रदानम् (अध्याय 93)

तस्मादेतन्मया लब्धम् अन्यथा नोपपद्यते यः स्मरेन्मनसा रुद्रं प्राणान्ते सकृदेव वा

tasmādetanmayā labdham anyathā nopapadyate yaḥ smarenmanasā rudraṃ prāṇānte sakṛdeva vā

അതുകൊണ്ട് ഈ സത്യം എനിക്ക് ലഭിച്ചു; ഇതിന് മറ്റൊരു വിധം ഉണ്ടാകില്ല. ആരെങ്കിലും മനസ്സിൽ രുദ്രനെ സ്മരിച്ചാൽ—പ്രാണാന്തത്തിൽ ഒരിക്കൽ മാത്രമായാലും—ആ സ്മരണയാൽ തന്നെ നിശ്ചിത സിദ്ധി പ്രാപിക്കും.
