It highlights Netra-pūjā as a key consecratory act: worship is not merely external arcana, but a sanctifying ‘opening’ of divine vision so the devotee may receive Shiva’s sudarśana (auspicious, truth-revealing sight).
Shiva is presented as manifest (sākṣāt) and knowable through defined lakṣaṇas, yet his grace functions inwardly as sudarśana—right vision that turns the pashu toward Pati and weakens the pasha of ignorance.
Netra-pūjā (the eye-consecration rite) is emphasized; in Shaiva Siddhanta terms it aligns outer pūjā with inner darśana—purifying perception so devotion and knowledge move toward liberation.
