Shloka 45

यदुवंश-प्रवचनम्: हैहय-क्रोष्टु-वंशविस्तारः (कृतवीर्यार्जुनादि, ज्यामघ-विदर्भ-शात्वत-पर्यन्तम्)

तस्य चासीद्दृढरथः शकुनिस्तस्य चात्मजः तस्मात् करम्भः सम्भूतो देवरातो ऽभवत्ततः

tasya cāsīddṛḍharathaḥ śakunistasya cātmajaḥ tasmāt karambhaḥ sambhūto devarāto 'bhavattataḥ

അവനിൽ നിന്ന് ദൃഢരഥൻ ജനിച്ചു; ദൃഢരഥന്റെ പുത്രൻ ശകുനി. ശകുനിയിൽ നിന്ന് കരമ്പൻ ഉദ്ഭവിച്ചു; തുടർന്ന് ദേവരാതൻ ജനിച്ചു.
