पाणिग्रहणमन्त्रेषु निष्ठाम् अप्रापितेष्विह तेनाधर्मेण संयुक्तं राजा त्रय्यारुणो ऽत्यजत्

ഇവിടെ പാണിഗ്രഹണ മന്ത്രങ്ങളിൽ ദൃഢനിഷ്ഠ ലഭിക്കാതിരുന്നതിനാൽ രാജാവ് ത്രയ്യാരുണൻ അതേ അധർമ്മത്തിൽ കുടുങ്ങി; അധർമ്മബന്ധത്തിൽ പെട്ട് അദ്ദേഹം ദേഹം ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു.
