इत्येष ज्योतिषामेवं संनिवेशो ऽर्थनिश्चयः लोकसंव्यवहारार्थं महादेवेन निर्मितः
Transliteration
ityeṣa jyotiṣāmevaṃ saṃniveśo 'rthaniścayaḥ lokasaṃvyavahārārthaṃ mahādevena nirmitaḥ
Translation
ഇങ്ങനെ ജ്യോതിഷ്കങ്ങളുടെ ക്രമബദ്ധമായ വിന്യാസവും അവയുടെ പ്രവർത്തനാർത്ഥനിശ്ചയവും—ലോകത്തിന്റെ വ്യവഹാരക്രമത്തിനായി—മഹാദേവൻ സ്ഥാപിച്ചതാണ്.
