Cosmic Abodes of Luminaries and the Shaiva Order of Time
navayojanasāhasro viṣkaṃbhaḥ savituḥ smṛtaḥ triguṇastasya vistāro maṇḍalasya pramāṇataḥ

By giving precise cosmic measures, the verse frames the universe as an ordered manifestation under Pati (Śiva); such cosmological order supports Linga worship as alignment of the pashu (soul) with the divine law (ṛta) rather than mere personal devotion.
Though Śiva is not named, the teaching implies Shiva-tattva as the transcendent regulator of proportion and measure—Pati whose governance makes the manifest cosmos intelligible and stable, even in the movements and dimensions of the Sun.
No specific pūjā-vidhi is stated; the takeaway is contemplative cosmology (dhyāna on maṇḍala and pramāṇa), useful as a support for Shaiva meditation that loosens pasha (bondage) through right understanding of the ordered universe.
