सूर्यरथ-रचना, ध्रुव-प्रेरणा, मास-गणाः च

Jyotish-chakra: Surya’s Motion and Monthly Retinues

ध्रुवेण प्रगृहीते वै विचक्राश्वे च रज्जुभिः भ्रमन्तमनुगच्छन्ति ध्रुवं रश्मी च तावुभौ

dhruveṇa pragṛhīte vai vicakrāśve ca rajjubhiḥ bhramantamanugacchanti dhruvaṃ raśmī ca tāvubhau

ധ്രുവൻ ദൃഢമായി പിടിച്ചിരിക്കുകയും, ചക്രവും അശ്വങ്ങളും ഉള്ള ദിവ്യരഥത്തോട് കയറുകളാൽ ബന്ധിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത—ആ രണ്ടും, ധ്രുവനും മാർഗ്ഗദർശക രശ്മിയും, ഭ്രമണഗതിയെ അനുഗമിച്ച് ആകാശത്തിന്റെ നിശ്ചിത പരിക്രമണം ധാരിക്കുന്നു.
