Suta Goswami (narrating an internal prophetic statement about a yogic Shaiva lineage at Prabhasa)
It links a major tīrtha (Prabhāsa) with the continuity of Shiva’s disciplic tradition—implying that pilgrimage and Linga-upāsanā are sustained through tapas-filled gurus and śiṣyas who preserve Shaiva practice.
Shiva-tattva is reflected through Yoga as an expression of Pati (the Lord) guiding Pashus (souls) toward purification; the rise of tapas-rich disciples indicates Shiva’s grace operating through lineage to loosen Pāśa (bondage).
Pāśupata-oriented Yoga grounded in tapas and guru-śiṣya transmission at a tīrtha—suggesting disciplined sādhanā (austerity, meditation, and Shaiva observance) as the means to spiritual maturation.
