It links the “same path” of Shaiva discipline—rooted in devotion to Rudra and Linga-centered orientation—to attaining Rudra-loka, showing Linga-bhakti as a mārga leading the pashu toward the Pati’s realm.
Shiva is implied as Pati, the sovereign of Rudra-loka, whose domain is a higher station of being; reaching it indicates proximity to Shiva-tattva and loosening of pasha through his grace and the prescribed mārga.
The verse emphasizes adherence to a specific “mārga” (path)—understood in Shaiva terms as Pashupata-oriented practice combining Rudra-bhakti, discipline, and contemplative alignment—by which aspirants attain Rudra-loka and reappear according to cosmic order.
