Shloka 12

उपमन्युना कृष्णाय पाशुपतज्ञान-प्रदानम् तथा दानविधि-फलश्रुतिः

सौवर्णं पिण्डिकं चापि व्यजनं दण्डमेव च नरैः स्त्रियाथ वा कार्यं मषीभाजनलेखनीम्

sauvarṇaṃ piṇḍikaṃ cāpi vyajanaṃ daṇḍameva ca naraiḥ striyātha vā kāryaṃ maṣībhājanalekhanīm

പുരുഷന്മാരോ സ്ത്രീകളോ—എല്ലാവരും—സ്വർണ്ണപിണ്ഡം, വ്യജനം (വിശറി), ദണ്ഡം; കൂടാതെ മഷിപ്പാത്രവും ലേഖനിയും ഒരുക്കണം.
