उपमन्युना कृष्णाय पाशुपतज्ञान-प्रदानम् तथा दानविधि-फलश्रुतिः
तदाप्रभृति तं कृष्णं मुनयः संशितव्रताः दिव्याः पाशुपताः सर्वे तस्थुः संवृत्य सर्वदा
tadāprabhṛti taṃ kṛṣṇaṃ munayaḥ saṃśitavratāḥ divyāḥ pāśupatāḥ sarve tasthuḥ saṃvṛtya sarvadā
അന്നുമുതൽ ദിവ്യ പാശുപത മുനിമാർ എല്ലാവരും—കഠിന വ്രതങ്ങളിൽ ദൃഢർ—ആ കൃഷ്ണവർണ്ണനെയൊട്ടു ചുറ്റി എപ്പോഴും കൂട്ടമായി കാവൽ-സേവാഭാവത്തിൽ നിലകൊണ്ടു.
