Sūta (narrator) summarizing the outcome of Viṣṇu’s instruction
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It frames realization as “ekībhāva” (oneness): true knowledge arises when delusion falls away and the Divine is recognized as a single, non-contradictory Supreme reality.
The verse emphasizes the yogic result rather than a technique: removal of vimoha (delusion) and saṃjñā-lābha (right recognition). In Kurma Purana’s spiritual framework, this aligns with disciplined contemplation and discriminative knowledge leading to clarity of the Supreme.
By stressing “ekībhāva” (unity of the Lord) taught by Viṣṇu, it supports the Kurma Purana’s reconciliatory theology where sectarian difference yields to a single Supreme principle recognized through right understanding.
