इत्युक्तवन्तं भगवानब्रवीद् भीतमानसम् / रुद्रार्चनरतो वान्यो मद्वशे को न तिष्ठति

ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞ ഭീതമനസ്സുള്ള രാജാവിനോട് ഭഗവാൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—“രുദ്രാരാധനയിൽ ലീനനായാലും മറ്റെന്തിലായാലും—എന്റെ അധീനതയിൽ നില്ക്കാത്തവൻ ആര്?”
