शुचीनक्रोधनान् भूम्यान् शालाग्नौ भावयेद् द्विजान् / शुष्कान्नेन फलैर्वापि वैतानं जुहुयात् तथा

ശുദ്ധരും ക്രോധരഹിതരുമായ ബ്രാഹ്മണരെ ഗൃഹാഗ്നിയുടെ സമീപത്ത് നിലത്ത് ഇരുത്തി ആദരത്തോടെ ക്ഷണിക്കണം; അതുപോലെ ഉണക്കധാന്യങ്ങളാലോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഫലങ്ങളാലോ വൈതാനഹോമത്തിൽ ആഹുതികൾ അർപ്പിക്കണം।
