Dharma of Non-Injury, Non-Stealing, Purity, and Avoidance of Hypocrisy (Ācāra and Saṅkarya-Nivṛtti)

नाश्नीयात् भार्यया सार्धंनैनामीक्षेत चाश्नतीम् / क्षुवन्तीं जृम्भमाणां वा नासनस्थां यथासुखम्

nāśnīyāt bhāryayā sārdhaṃnaināmīkṣeta cāśnatīm / kṣuvantīṃ jṛmbhamāṇāṃ vā nāsanasthāṃ yathāsukham

ഭാര്യയോടൊപ്പം ചേർന്ന് ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കരുത്; അവൾ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവളെ നോക്കുകയും അരുത്. അവൾ തുമ്മുകയോ ആകൽക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുമ്പോഴും, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സുഖമായി അനൗപചാരികമായി ഇരിക്കുമ്പോഴും അവളെ നോക്കരുത്.
