ഗുരുവിന്റെ ഭാര്യ സമവർണ്ണക്കാരിയെങ്കിൽ ഗുരുവിനെപ്പോലെ തന്നെ പൂജ്യയാണ്; വ്യത്യസ്ത വർണ്ണക്കാരിയെങ്കിൽ എഴുന്നേറ്റ് അഭിവാദ്യവും നമസ്കാരവും ചെയ്ത് യഥോചിതം ആദരിക്കണം।
