पारावताश्च तुषिता देवाः स्वारोचिषे ऽन्तरे / विपश्चिन्नाम देवेन्द्रो बभूवासुरसूदनः

pārāvatāśca tuṣitā devāḥ svārociṣe 'ntare / vipaścinnāma devendro babhūvāsurasūdanaḥ

സ്വാരോചിഷ മന്വന്തരത്തിൽ ദേവന്മാർ പാരാവതരും തുഷിതരുമായിരുന്നു; ദേവേന്ദ്രൻ ‘വിപശ്ചിത്’ എന്ന ഇന്ദ്രൻ, അസുരസംഹാരകനായി വർത്തിച്ചു.
