Sapta-dvīpa Cosmography and the Vision of Śvetadvīpa–Vaikuṇṭha

आर्यकाः कुरवाश्चैव विदशा भाविनस्तथा / ब्रह्मक्षत्रियविट्शूद्रास्तस्मिन् द्वीपे प्रकीर्तिताः

āryakāḥ kuravāścaiva vidaśā bhāvinastathā / brahmakṣatriyaviṭśūdrāstasmin dvīpe prakīrtitāḥ

ആ ദ്വീപിൽ ആര്യകർ, കുരുക്കൾ, വിദശർ, ഭാവിനർ എന്നിവരാണ് വസിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് കീര്ത്തിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു; അവിടെയേയും ബ്രാഹ്മണൻ, ക്ഷത്രിയൻ, വൈശ്യൻ, ശൂദ്രൻ എന്ന നാല് വർണങ്ങളും പരമ്പരയായി എണ്ണപ്പെടുന്നു।
