Jambūdvīpa Varṣas, Bhārata as Karmabhūmi, and the Sacred Hydro-Topography of Dharma

सर्वे मिथुनजाताश्च नित्यं सुखनिषेविनः / चन्द्रद्वीपे महादेवं यजन्ति सततं शिवम्

sarve mithunajātāśca nityaṃ sukhaniṣevinaḥ / candradvīpe mahādevaṃ yajanti satataṃ śivam

ചന്ദ്രദ്വീപിൽ എല്ലാവരും ദ്വന്ദ്വരൂപത്തിൽ ജനിച്ച് നിത്യസുഖം അനുഭവിക്കുന്നു. അവിടെ അവർ മഹാദേവൻ—ശിവനെ—അവിരാമമായി നിരന്തരം ആരാധിക്കുന്നു.
