राजोवाच जपेयं देवदेवेश गायत्रीं वेदमातरम् / भूयो वर्षशतं साग्रं तावदायुर्भवेन्मम

രാജാവ് പറഞ്ഞു—“ഹേ ദേവദേവേശാ! ഞാൻ വേദമാതാവായ ഗായത്രിയെ ജപിച്ചാൽ, എന്റെ ആയുസ്സ് വീണ്ടും വർദ്ധിച്ച് പൂർണ്ണ നൂറു വർഷവും അതിലധികവും ആകുമോ?”
