दक्ष उवाच सर्वेष्वेव हि यज्ञेषु न भागः परिकल्पितः / न मन्त्रा भार्यया सार्धं शङ्करस्येति नेज्यते
dakṣa uvāca sarveṣveva hi yajñeṣu na bhāgaḥ parikalpitaḥ / na mantrā bhāryayā sārdhaṃ śaṅkarasyeti nejyate
ദക്ഷൻ പറഞ്ഞു—എല്ലാ യാഗങ്ങളിലും ശങ്കരനു വേണ്ടി ഒരു പങ്കും നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടില്ല; ഭാര്യയോടുകൂടെ മന്ത്രങ്ങളാൽ ശങ്കരനെ പൂജിക്കുന്നതുമില്ല।
