कथं स्वपितुरादेशमविद्वांसो विपश्चित: । अनुरूपमविज्ञाय अहो सर्गं करिष्यथ ॥ ९ ॥

Transliteration

kathaṁ sva-pitur ādeśam avidvāṁso vipaścitaḥ anurūpam avijñāya aho sargaṁ kariṣyatha

Translation

അയ്യോ! പിതാവിന്റെ ആജ്ഞയുടെ യഥാർത്ഥ താത്പര്യം നിങ്ങൾ അറിയുന്നില്ല. പിതാവ് സർവ്വജ്ഞൻ ആണെങ്കിലും, അവന്റെ ഉദ്ദേശ്യം ഗ്രഹിക്കാതെ, യോജിച്ച മാർഗം അറിയാതെ, നിങ്ങൾ എങ്ങനെ പ്രജാസൃഷ്ടി നടത്തും?
