Mathurā-līlā Prelude
तेषु पौरा जानपदा ब्रह्मक्षत्रपुरोगमा: । यथोपजोषं विविशू राजानश्च कृतासना: ॥ ३४ ॥
teṣu paurā jānapadā brahma-kṣatra-purogamāḥ yathopajoṣaṁ viviśū rājānaś ca kṛtāsanāḥ
അവിടെ നഗരവാസികളും ഗ്രാമജനങ്ങളും ബ്രാഹ്മണ-ക്ഷത്രിയരുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ തങ്ങളുടെ ഇഷ്ടപ്രകാരം വന്ന് സുഖമായി ഇരുന്നു; രാജാക്കന്മാർക്ക് പ്രത്യേക ആസനങ്ങൾ ഒരുക്കിയിരുന്നു।
