हिन्वतोऽध: शयानस्य मास्यस्य चरणावुदक् । अनोऽपतद् विपर्यस्तं रुदत: प्रपदाहतम् ॥ ५ ॥

മൂന്ന് മാസം പ്രായമായപ്പോൾ കൃഷ്ണൻ താഴെ കിടന്ന് കരഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ട് കാലുകൾ ചവിട്ടുകയായിരുന്നു; അവന്റെ കാൽവിരലിന്റെ അറ്റം തട്ടിയതുമാത്രത്തിൽ ആ വലിയ വണ്ടി വീണ് മറിഞ്ഞു.
