पवीनसात् तङ्गल्वा३च्छायकादुत नग्नकात्। प्रजायै पत्ये त्वा पिङ्गः परि पातु किमीदिनः

IAST Transliteration

pavī́nasāt taṅgálvāc chā́yakād utá nágnakāt | prajā́yai pátye tvā piṅgáḥ pári pātu kīmīdínaḥ ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

From wasting-sickness, from Taṅgalva, from the Shadow-one, and from the Naked-one— for offspring, for the husband, may Piṅga guard thee round about, from the kīmīdin devourers.

Translation

ക്ഷയരോഗത്തില്‍നിന്നും, തങ്ഗല്വയില്‍നിന്നും, ഛായാകയില്‍നിന്നും, നഗ്നകയില്‍നിന്നും— സന്താനത്തിനായി, ഭര്‍ത്താവിനായി— പിങ്ഗന്‍ നിന്നെ ചുറ്റും കാത്തുരക്ഷിക്കട്ടെ, കിമീദിന (കൃമി-ഭക്ഷക) ഭക്ഷകരില്‍നിന്നും.
