Sukta 60

येषा॑म॒ध्येति॑ प्र॒वस॒न् येषु॑ सौमन॒सो ब॒हुः । गृ॒हानुप॑ ह्वयामहे॒ ते नो॑ जानन्त्वाय॒तः

Sanskrit recitationAtharva Veda 7.60.3

yéṣām ádhyeti pravásan yéṣu saumanasó bahúḥ | gṛhā́n úpa hvayāmahe té no jānantu āyatáḥ ||

Those houses wherein the traveller yet pursues his sacred study, wherein goodwill is abundant—those houses we call hitherward: may they acknowledge us as we approach.

യാത്രികൻ ഇനിയും പഠന-വ്രതം (ബ്രഹ്മചര്യം) അനുഷ്ഠിക്കുന്ന വീടുകൾ, സൗമനസ്യം ധാരാളമുള്ള വീടുകൾ—അവയെ ഞങ്ങൾ ഇവിടെക്കു വിളിക്കുന്നു; ഞങ്ങൾ സമീപിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവ ഞങ്ങളെ തിരിച്ചറിയട്ടെ.
